Hi, I'm Sarah.

As an ADHD parent with a late diagnosis myself, I understand many of the struggles and challenges that are thrown at us due to ADHD.

Before becoming an ADHD Coach, I had a practice working as a Performance and Career Coach having trained with The Coaching Academy in the UK. It was due to personal circumstances that I chose to do further training and specialise as an ADHD coach. I studied with the prestigious ADDCA in New York, and whilst there also completed further training to work with children and their families.

My qualifications and certifications include:

ADDCA ADHD Professional Fast Track Training
ADDCA Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families
