Sarah doll-steinberg
“Sarah Doll-Steinberg trained at ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the global leader and pioneer in the specialty arena of ADHD coach training and one of the few comprehensive ADHD Coach Training Programs fully accredited by ICF and PAAC. Sarah then specialised in Executive Function and Social Skills development, training with both ADDCA and the "Seeing my time" programme from Marydee Sklar. Sarah is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and an ADDCA Associate Coach.

Sarah started her coaching career after ADHD was diagnosed in her family and she struggled to find the right resources to help her family members both in home and in school. During training, Sarah discovered she also displayed most of the characteristics of ADHD and was officially diagnosed. The realisation that there was a reason behind her challenges was life changing and Sarah became determined to help other people in the same situation.
Sarah regularly attends conferences both in the UK and in the USA to keep up to date with the latest research. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, Sarah educates and collaborates with her clients to create the life they dream of. She is fascinated by the science of ADHD, executive function, positivity and resilience, and enjoys applying such knowledge to help individuals overcome their challenges. Sarah treats the client holistically, addressing diet, sleep, exercise and environmental issues as these can affect the severity of ADHD + Executive Function symptoms.
Sarah is in her final year of a Diploma in naturopathic nutrition, looking to integrate diet into her ADHD coaching sessions, in order to reduce inflammation in the body, and increase the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin and hence lessen ADHD symptoms.
She is a member of multiple organizations and networks:
- International Coaches Federation (ICF)
- ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO)
- Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA)
- Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD)
- The National Attention Deficit Disorder Information and Support Service (ADDISS)
- The Association for Child + Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH)
Sarah sees clients in either Harley Street W1 or NW8, or via Zoom. The first consultation lasts for around 90 minutes with subsequent sessions lasting for 1 hour. Her clients meet with her 2,3 or 4 times per month.
