As a parent of an ADHD child and someone with a late diagnosis myself, I know how complex and overwhelming navigating ADHD can feel, but I also know what a difference the right support can make.

I hold dual certification (AACC, CACP) and trained at the ADD Coaching Academy in New York, where my core certification was accompanied by specialist family coaching training. I work with adults, young adults, parents, and older teens, bringing genuine empathy and lived experience to every session.

For adults, coaching offers the space to understand your ADHD properly, often for the first time, and to untangle the patterns that have been getting in the way. For parents and young people, it's about understanding the whole picture - building confidence and a positive sense of self alongside the practical skills to move forward.

As we work together to uncover what you're genuinely good at, we're also making sense, through an ADHD lens, of why you think, feel and respond the way you do. For many people, that understanding changes everything. It’s not about laziness or lack of effort – it’s just a brain that works differently.

My approach is warm and practical: gently challenging the stories we tell ourselves about what we can and can't do. With greater understanding and a quieter mind, the focus shifts to potential and what's possible.

Certifications: - ADDCA AACC, PAAC CACP and Family (course completion)
