Hi, I’m David Brodie (AACC, CACP), founder of A Wiser Mind.
I provide neuro-aware coaching for thoughtful adults navigating ADHD, AuDHD and the wider challenges of executive function and burnout.
Many of the people I work with are capable, reflective adults who only discovered ADHD or autistic traits later in life after years of feeling that something about the way they worked or experienced the world was different. Outwardly functioning, they may still feel overwhelmed, exhausted or misaligned with traditional environments.

My coaching approach is built around the idea that meaningful change happens at the intersection of brain, body and mission.
Brain – understanding how your cognitive wiring and executive function shape everyday life.
Body – recognising the role of energy, capacity and nervous system regulation.
Mission – reconnecting with values, direction and what genuinely matters now.
Rather than offering quick fixes or productivity hacks, I work as a reflective thinking partner, helping clients externalise complex thinking, recognise patterns and translate insight into small, practical changes that work with their system rather than against it.
I trained with the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) and hold the CACP credential with the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Before becoming a coach I worked as a tax consultant within professional services, which helps me understand the pressures faced by many professionals navigating demanding environments.
Today I work with clients online worldwide, helping them move from confusion and overwhelm toward greater clarity, agency and self-trust.
