Claire Quigley Ward
I'm Claire Quigley Ward, a certified ADHD family coach (AACC) and host of the All Aboard ADHD podcast.
I help tweens, teens, and parents understand their unique brain and develop the skills to thrive.

As the mum of two neurodivergent children, I bring both professional training and lived experience - I have a teen son with ADHD, dyslexia and dysgraphia, and tween daughter with ADHD. I too have ADHD, which was late diagnosed at 41.
My coaching is grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and the belief that everyone with ADHD deserves to be understood and supported to thrive in a way that’s right for them.
Guided by your child’s personal goals–and shaped together with you as their parent - I will help them build their sense of self, develop a positive self-image, navigate challenges, celebrate strengths, and learn the skills they need to move forward with confidence - all through an ADHD lens.
Coaching is valuable for you as a parent as well - offering a supportive framework to better understand your child-and perhaps yourself too, if you also have ADHD.
Alongside coaching, I host the All Aboard ADHD podcast, which helps parents navigate the ADHD journey - created to provide a credible source of evidence-based information and a supportive community for parents where ever you are on this journey - helping you feel less
alone.
Additionally, I am a Microsoft Accessibility Champion, the founder of ADHD Winchester, and hold an MBA.
I offer online 1:1 ADHD coaching for tweens, teens, and parents.
