Christina Reeves

I am a certified ADHD coach with over two decades of experience in education and mental health support, I bring a distinctive blend of professional expertise and personal insight to my coaching practice. After receiving a late ADHD diagnosis myself, I trained at and graduated from ADDCA’s ADD Academy in order to to specialise in coaching adults to navigate the challenges of a neurodiverse brain.

I coach adults with or without a diagnosis of ADHD.

My coaching approach is strengths based and focuses on helping clients to move from "just getting by" to truly thriving. I work with professionals and entrepreneurs in various fields, including technology, law, education, and with business owners who are struggling with the complexities of ADHD in their work and personal lives.

Many of my clients come to me with feelings of frustration over their time management and inconsistent organisation. They often experience decision-making paralysis and find themselves stuck in cycles of procrastination. Some feel undervalued in their workplaces, their unique contributions overlooked, and many are simply exhausted from the constant effort of masking their ADHD traits to fit in. The embarrassment of perceived shortcomings, the impulsive decisions made without pausing, the fear of saying the wrong thing – these are all too familiar experiences. Ultimately, they feel conflicted between their potential and their current performance, and they want to bridge the gap in order to move forward.

I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique brain wiring in an open environment with no fear of criticism or judgement. My approach is grounded in trust, courage, empathy and fairness based on my own journey with ADHD.

Trust and authenticity enable me to have a genuine and powerful connection with every client. Through informed questioning, I encourage clients to embrace new lines of thought as a path to growth, recognising when to challenge, when to nurture and when to draw upon a client's strengths in order to reach their ADHD potential.

My own ADHD journey informs my compassionate methodology. I understand firsthand, the frustration of losing important documents, the challenge of focusing and sitting through senior leadership meetings, and the constant pressure to make quick decisions. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with my clients' struggles and celebrate their victories with them.

Outside of coaching, I'm a keen traveller, experimental world cook and board game enthusiast. These interests reflect my coaching philosophy of embracing new experiences that will lead to personal growth and a richer and more rewarding life.

Through our work together, clients will experience:

  • A new-found sense of self acceptance and understanding

  • Improved productivity through tailored systems

  • Enhanced communication skills and workplace advocacy

  • Better work-life balance - no more burnout

  • Increased confidence in their abilities and decision-making

  • A shift from shame and self-doubt to pride and self-appreciation

If you're feeling stuck, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by your ADHD traits, know that you're not alone. Together, we can work to analyse your position, reframe your challenges, develop your inherent strengths and create the strategies that will allow you to thrive both personally and professionally. Let's collaborate to unlock your full potential and create a life that truly resonates with who you are.
