Coaching with me means a non-judgmental, confidential space built on trust, respect, and genuine support. No shame, and no pressure to be anyone other than yourself.

Whether you're hovering over the burnout button, riding the waves of hormonal changes or a big life transition, needing change at work or at home, or simply craving more calm, we can work together to figure out what actually works for your brain and your life.

Client testimonial: "Charlotte has a brilliant, kind and gently joyful nature. She listened without judgement, validated my struggles, and brought real ADHD knowledge, perspective and tools. Our sessions have had a huge impact on my wellbeing, and even helped me approach my ND kids with new thinking. I am so grateful we work together."

I also work with partners, family members, and colleagues of people with ADHD, because understanding what someone you care about is truly experiencing, and how to show up for them, can make a real difference for everyone involved.

Training & Certifications: ADDCA Certified ADHD Coach AACC with 116 hours of ADHD specific training and 100+ hours of 1:1 coaching. As part of my continuing education, I have also attended webinars and courses on subjects including: ADHD & Autism, ADHD in Girls, ADHD & Autism Diagnosis Pathways (UK only), Demand Avoidance, Self-Harm Awareness and Eating Difficulties Awareness.

When I’m not coaching, I love to get creative, with recent endeavours including stand-up comedy, creative writing, and all kinds of making. Dr Ned Hallowell says all ADHD brains need a creative outlet and I fully subscribe to this school of thinking.

I live near London with my husband and two children.
