I’m Alexia: a specialised and accredited ADHD coach.
I help children, young people, families and adults with ADHD through powerful one-to-one coaching.
Diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood – and a parent to two daughters with ADHD – I know what it’s like to grow up feeling different. I’ve experienced the frustration and challenges of a neurotypical world.
But knowledge is power. Understanding your neurodivergent brain can help you enjoy life.
Coaching provides that understanding.
Through supportive, tailored sessions we’ll work together to identify the ways ADHD impacts your life and develop strategies and tools to help you navigate the world with confidence.
Sessions take place online or in person, at my home in north London and can be funded through Access to Work if you’ve been awarded support.
